These Terms govern use of Legal Hiring Network. By creating an account or using platform features, you agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

Platform role

Legal Hiring Network provides technology for professional profiles, talent search, employer profiles, job postings, applications, and direct communication. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice through the recruiting platform, and is not the employer or agent of platform users unless expressly stated otherwise.

Accounts and accuracy

Users must provide accurate information, maintain the security of their account, and promptly update information that becomes materially inaccurate. Verification badges apply only to the specific credential or account attribute identified by the platform.

Employer conduct

Employers may not use the platform for unlawful discrimination, deceptive job postings, bulk harvesting, scraping, unsolicited mass messaging, or purposes unrelated to legitimate recruiting and employment activity.

Professional conduct

Legal professionals are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, admissions, credentials, experience, availability, and application materials. Users must not misrepresent licensure or professional status.

No guarantee of employment

The platform does not guarantee interviews, employment, candidate availability, employer suitability, compensation, or the accuracy of information provided by another user. Users should conduct their own diligence.

Moderation

Legal Hiring Network may remove content, restrict functionality, suspend accounts, or take other reasonable measures to protect users, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.

Changes

These Terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Material changes should be reflected by updating the date shown on this page.
